About Us

It all began with laughter. Our founders truly believe in making fun, memorable experiences for players to share with each other, and having a blast while doing it. Hence, Kermdinger Studios was born.

Kermdinger Studios, Inc. is an independent video game development studio currently comprised of three graduates of Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Master’s program. Two artists and a programmer/designer make up the whole team, and we're very eager to show off all our hard work to the world!

Anthony Palma – CEO, Game Programmer

What Anthony did before Kermdinger Studios: Before Kermdinger, Anthony worked as an Imagineer in Walt Disney Imagineering’s Creative Technology Group. He developed iOS games for 2 years including ‘Aww, Eggplant!?.’ Anthony holds a B.S. Computer Science, B.S. Computer Engineering, from West Virginia University and a Masters of Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University.
You can find Anthony … appreciating the finer craft of Beer (he’s somewhat of an aficionado), playing video games (of course), and traveling with his fiancee.
His secret superpower is: flying. “I can fly, but only for about 1 second, and I have to jump first. I can fly longer if I jump off of something.” Longest flight: 60 seconds (skydiving).

Russ Mester - 2D Artist

What Russ did before Kermdinger Studios: Russ graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, then went on to the Entertainment Technology Center at Carnegie Mellon University. Here's a little taste of his personal work: http://www.screwsinyourshoes.com
You can find Russ … playing games, all day every day. He's currently playing: Borderlands 2, Firefall, and The Walking Dead: 400 Days. In his spare time, he watches TV. He's currently watching: Doctor Who, Star Trek, and Adventure Time.
His secret superpower is: Being partial to magnetism, like Magneto. Or, weilding a sack of doorknobs in order to fight crime.

Ethan Gagorik - 3D Artist

You can find Ethan … honestly you can't. Ethan is an adventurous sort, and is always getting into something he shouldn't. Nobody knows what he is doing at any one moment.
His secret superpower is: Amalgamation, having the ability to combine or unite multiple entities into one form.
